Michelle Mc Crossan is delighted to be a part of the Top Floor Films Team and she is a very welcome addition to company and valued team member.

Michelle was delighted to proudly present our 10 year anniversary with a stunning poster design. Michelle's exceptional design skills and meticulous attention to detail have brought our vision to life. Michelle created our new Gold Top Floor Films logo which stands out greatly and we are very thrilled with the result. Michelle will help to elevate future products with her knowledge in creative design, her background in event management, along with public relations manager in the past she will help organise future events for the company.

Some of Michelle's key roles with the company are:

• Planning an event from start to finish.

• Managing event budgets.

• Sponsorship negotiations.

• Managing logistics and event venues.

• Managing audio and virtual event companies.

• Putting together event marketing plans.

• Getting others to participate in the event like other well known actors etc.

• Making sure the event runs smoothly.

Bio: Award winning actor and director from Dublin. Best known for some of the latest movies in 2023 such as "Dublin Crust", "Shee" and "Will Of Fortune" in 2024. Michelle wrote, directed and acted in her own movie "Discernment" in 2021 whose subject matter of coercive abuse is very relevant at present. Her most recent movie in 2024 is "The Carer" she was also on TV shows such as The Clinic back in 2003, and Australia Secrets & Lies in 2014. Michelle first found her passion for acting in drama school from age of 6 where she was in numerous plays on stage, she later studied performing arts in Colaiste Dhulaigh and then decided to study acting in depth when she lived in Australia she got an advanced Diploma in stage & screen Acting at The Actors Conservatory in Brisbane, Australia.
